We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Russ and Penny Mills. They were there for us from the first “we are looking for a house” phone call to the final signature on the “sold” paperwork (sale and purchase). Every interaction with them was professional, friendly and efficient. As customers with specific requirements for our new home, Russ and Penny listened to our needs and went about making our dreams a reality. Because of their knowledge of Chilliwack and area, they were able to answer our questions thoroughly and quickly, as well as provide accurate market data on our home and homes in our area. They provided a professional photographer and videographer for listing pictures and provided staging tips to help us get the best price for our home. Our purchase encountered some challenges and we are not sure that any other realtor would have had the patience to work with us through these issues as calmly and as professionally as they did! Home buying and selling can be extremely stressful but thankfully we had Russ and Penny Mills to support us in the process; we would highly recommend this great team!
